Meet: David Ballen
David Ballen is the creator and Head Lecturer of Fitness Professionals Academy, with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness coaching. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from young children to older adults, as well as advanced and competitive athletes.
Throughout his career, David has helped hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals. His professional experience spans multiple disciplines, including fitness training, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, flexibility training, yoga, Pilates, weight management, rehabilitation, and sports therapy.
After many years in the health and fitness industry, David made the decision to give back. Recognizing a significant gap in the quality, knowledge, and practical competence of many fitness trainers, he set out to create a program that raises industry standards.
David now focuses on educating and developing the next generation of health and fitness professionals. His course is designed not only to help students become certified, but to ensure they can confidently and effectively apply their knowledge in real-world training environments.
